Smiles on Wheels is coming to Hillsdale Prep Tuesday, January 17. Smiles on Wheels offers children's dental hygiene services at no cost to parents. A consent form is being sent home with all students today. If you would like your child to participate please complete the form and return it to the office. Please use the contact information on the consent form if you have questions.
Tomorrow is casual Friday. Students are welcome to wear Holiday pajamas to celebrate the last day of school before winter break.
Friendly Reminder: There is a half day tomorrow December 16. Dismissal will begin at 12 tomorrow and there will be no lunch or after school. There is no school Monday, December 19 through Monday, January 2. We will return to school Tuesday, January 3. Please remind your child to get all of the items they will need from their cubbies and lockers.

* Sign up forms for November afterschool clubs will be coming home later this week once all volunteers are finalized.

Reminder - tomorrow is picture day.
Monday, October 17 is picture day. Picture order forms are being sent home with students today. The forms are customized for each individual student so please make sure they bring back the correct form. Students need to be in uniform for picture day.

HPS spirit wear order forms are coming home with students today. Orders along with payment are due by Friday, September 30.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at our Ice Cream Social! You'll have an opportunity to see what your child has been doing in their classroom (5:00-5:30pm) and enjoy ice cream (5:30-6:30)! Come meet and mingle with our amazing families and enjoy our first family event of the year!
Just a reminder Hillsdale Prep does not have school tomorrow Friday September 2 and Monday September 5.
Tomorrow is casual Friday. On casual Friday's students can wear regular clothes and do not have to wear uniforms. Also, instead of ordering pizza tomorrow we will be serving the subs students did not get to eat today. We will not be able to order additional subs so if your child did not order today they should plan to pack a lunch.
HPS Parents- Thank you all for your flexibility and quick response today. Our staff did an amazing job communicating and following emergency protocols to allow for a smooth evacuation and dismissal. The gas line has been repaired and all buildings have been cleared by Michigan Gas to be occupied.
Hillsdale Preparatory School will operate on a normal schedule on Friday, August 26th.
ISD students at Hillsdale Prep- you will be notified by ISD staff about bussing and pick up arrangements.
EMERGENCY- students and staff have been directed to evacuate all Hillsdale Preparatory School buildings due to a gas line being cut. ALL students are accounted for and safely waiting outside by the medical care facility. Hillsdale Fire department is on site and maintaining safety.
Due to the amount of time that it will take for utilities to arrive, assess and repair we are asking that parents come and pick up students as soon as possible. Communication with school staff can occur via email or by calling the office phone, which has been directed to a staff cell phone.
