Hi All,
I look forward to being your volleyball coach again this year. The first practice is scheduled for August 22nd from 3:30-5:00 pm. Everyone that is interested in volleyball in 5th-8th grade needs to contact the office to signup by Monday, August 12. This will help us decide whether we will have one or two teams.
Uniforms: Everyone should have turned in their uniforms last year after the season was over. If you did not turn them in that will be your uniform this year (please bring it to the first day of practice). Players will receive a uniform to wear all season. During the first practice sizes and numbers of uniforms will be determined. Players are responsible for providing their own shoes, knew pads, and socks.
Required Forms: Coach Dickey will need a physical form from each player before they are allowed to play in any matches or practices.
Practices: Practice will be held on Tuesday and Thursday's from 3:30-5:00 pm unless otherwise noted. If we have a match that falls on a Tuesday or Thursday, there will be no practice that evening. Players are expected to attend all practices and games. If for some reason the player is unable to attend, please notify Coach Dickey as soon as possible. Unexcused absences may result in decreased playing time. Each case will be reviewed by Coach.
Schedule: The finalized match schedule will be handed out at the first practice. Which will be August 22nd at 3:30-5:30 pm.
