Biography
My name is Annie Fowler and I have been the Head of School since 2018. Prior to stepping into my current role, I was the 2nd grade teacher here at Hillsdale Prep from 2014-2017.
The 2022-23 school year starts my 17th year in education. I graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2005 with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I taught in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade in both Pennyslvania and Virginia, before moving to Michigan with my family in 2014. I received my Master's in Educational Leadership from Western Governor's University in 2019.
I value the traditions and family atmosphere at Hillsdale Preparatory School. Our staff and parents work together to create a well-rounded educational experience for all students. Building relationships through effective communication is what sets Hillsdale Preparatory School apart and is my greatest point of pride.
The 2022-23 schoolyear's theme is RISE and CLIMB. All staff and students will focus on rising to challenges and climbing towards goals to be successful as individuals and as a school. Go Patriots!
