We are reconvening our School Improvement Steering Committee in January. This is a requirement for our School Improvement Plan that is mandated by the State. We lost a couple of parents and one teacher off of last year's committee so we are looking for new members to join our group. The focus is on evaluating the school's progress regarding continuous improvement and focusing on student achievement. Some initiatives were implemented this school year as a result of the group's work last spring.
If you would be interested in joining we will have our first meeting on January 23 at 5:30. The meetings are scheduled for February 13, March 6, March 27, April 24, and May 15 all at 5:30. Contact Melody or myself at the school if you can help.
