Letter from the CEO
Greetings Dear Friends:
We here at Hillsdale Preparatory School would like to share our story with you. We are a tuition-free K-8 public school here in Hillsdale County; providing students with back-to-basics education and quality character development. Our classic curriculum is modeled after that of the famed Hillsdale Academy Curriculum – whereas there is an emphasis the diffusion of learning, as well as the blessings that come from religious and civil liberties.
And, following this curriculum, Hillsdale Preparatory School has found great success! How do we know? The rankings speak for themselves! In the Top-to-Bottom Rankings for all public schools in Hillsdale County, HPS ranked #1 out of all!
Hillsdale Preparatory School is the top-ranked institution in the county for both academic achievement, and identifying (and bridging) gaps in progressive learning. In 2009, HPS scored the highest Michigan Educational Assessment Program (MEAP) scores in the state for all charter schools!
At Hillsdale Prep, we pave the way for learning and responsible citizenship. Period.
