Classical Curriculum

"As a teacher of another school system (where I was very proud to have my son and daughter) it was hard for me to switch my children over to Hillsdale Preparatory because they were getting a good education. Since the switch, I have seen my children challenged and grow tremendously. I do not want my children to simply go through school. I want my children challenged and prepared for the future. As a teacher I feel today's school curricula are being watered down. HPS is preparing our children, and developing successful habits in order for them to succeed in high school and college."

Character Education

At Hillsdale Preparatory, maintaining a morally disciplined learning environment is vital. Traditional moral values are encouraged through the eight pillars of character: Citizenship, Friendship, Courage, Integrity, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Perseverance. We expect these pillars to be constantly valued and frequently demonstrated.
